hi guys, I need your help, I want to DOWNGRADE my 2 cameras, , so please help me to DOWNGRADE to this version IPC_R6_EN_STD_5.4.3_160902 ,.

I already tried to Downgrade, but it is now Downgrading in my Cameras.

Please help me to DOWNGRADE my 2 Cameras
-[2.8mm] Hikvision DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS 4MP Built-in Mic Wifi indoor Dome Camera
&

Hello. So i just bought those hikvision cameras.

Some of them has to be rotatet so that the picture looks right, and not sideways.

But when i turn this rotate button on the picture looks very bad...

I have attached some pictures, with and without rotate.

I have five hikvision cameras two HiWatch IPCD 120, two DS-2CD2032-1 cameras, and one DS-2CD2142FWD-1 cam and one switch BV-Tech 5 Port PoE Switch (4 PoE Ports | 1 Uplink Port) – 65W – 802.3af – POE-SW501.
My query is that this one works DS-2CD2142FWD-1 in situ, on a medium length cable. but none of the others will work on long length cables, but they will work on a three foot cable. Could my switch not be powerful enough for the long runs.

Firstly .... I just wanted to say "Hi"

Secondly, I currently use a 7216HUHI-F2 Hybrid and looking to go full IP.

I have been looking at the DS-7616NI-I2-16P and the DS-7616NI-I4-16P in the USE-IP Store
and wanted to know that, apart from the extra 2 SATA ports is there any other reason to pick one over the other ?

Hello all,


I have HIKVISION cctv system , I have the IVMS-4200 software to view my cameras of which I have 4 globe style

I have the following error on MacBook laptop, also can not view on my mobile or iPad.

It says:
CCTV login failed , error code 7 (Connection failed - device offline or time-out)

I shall try attach the screenshot.

Can anyone help me please, I'm a total novice and I need to get back on my apps!

anybody know how to change the name of the devices listed under hik connect

i can goto the hik connect website and change them to a friendly name

but using the app all i get is a list of the devices
I'm sure on an older version you could sweepleft and then it allowed editing name

now you just get delete device

I have read a number of threads saying there are issues with GMAIL but I have since tried Outlook and had no luck with that either. Has anyone got this working correctly.

I have the DS-7608NI-SE/P running V3.0.15 build 150528. I did try upgrading this a while back but it bricked the NVR and this was the only version I was able to recover with. I have 7 x DS-2CD2132-I running V5.3 build 151016.

Trouble connecting DS-KH6310-W to door station

Hi,

please help me to connect my main station DS-KH6310-W with the door station DS-KV8102-VP. The wiring is done via a single direct UTP cable with 2 pairs for communication and 1 pair for power.

The power is on for both stations but the indoor station displays a red picture for the main door station and no "live" is displayed. Also, when I press the button on the door station, a voice message "no connection" is played.

Also, I connected the main station to my wireless LAN but how...

G1 V5.5.x Firmware with Qnap NVR- black screen?

Tried upgrading DS-2CD2335FWD-I and 2385 today.

Cameras work fine locally after upgrade, but seems to be some compatibility issue with Qnap NVR software (same both models):-
1) V5.5.3- doesn't connect using Hikvision or Onvif, the black screen shows video format as MJPEG rather than H.264
2) V5.5.0 downgrade- works fine
3) V5.5.2- fails, same as 1)
4) V5.5.0 downgrade- again, works fine

I did try enabling Onvif/ cgi settings as suspected these may have been cause, no effect.

How does the HikConnect vary from the previous remote connection where a static IP or DDNS service was used?
