Can't unbind my device

Hi, guys i need help i can't unbind my device.

how to unbind my account from hik-connect app, because I trying to unbind but it always show the error. it says that "make sure the dvr and your phone are in the same connection" something like that, but when i check it my dvr and phone are connected to the same router. It's been 2 days of trying to unbind and searching for solution but any solution that i found are not working.

P.s: And i try SADP tool to unbind the device but when i put...

I wonder if anyone can advise if this camera comes in black? I want it to keep an eye on my shed so will be fitting under the eaves of my kitchen (single story approx 8ft high) and shed is 9m away. The eaves and fascias are black and I wanted the camera same colour if possible. There do not seem to be many Hickvision domes in black.

New 8MP Camera not giving me smooth playback / Motion Blue / Ghosting

Hi all,

So I have a new DS-2CD2385G1-I. The camera on the whole gives a lovely clear image and the night vision is the best I have ever seen!

But I have noticed that on playback I am getting a lot of ghosting / motion blur when cars or people are going by.

I have also noticed that when trying to playback on my PC using IE Browser ...again it's not playing back smoothly. Stuttering etc.. Playback on iOS app is smooth ...but still getting motion blur / ghosting on moving objects etc...

Latest firmware for Hikvision -K (B) NVRs

Hikvision have just released new firmware for their -K (B) NVRs V3.4.100:
HIKVISION UK PORTAL

NB
This firmware is only for recent 7604 -K NVRs with a (B) suffix in their part code.

Sorry, no Release Notes nor further information yet.

Hikvision NVR missing some cam settings

I’m using the DS7604NI-K1/4P(B) on latest firmware. I access it solely via the webpage.

I’ve noticed a lot of camera settings aren’t available on the NVR, compared to accessing the camera on its own webpage.

Why is this / is there a way to be able to access these settings on the NVR?

Also, can I update camera firmware
via the NVR? At present i do it by accessing the Cameras webpage directly, but this is a pain.

The two above points negate the benefits of having an NVR for me. But maybe...

Hikvision - viewing motions alerts via mobile app

Hi use-ip community,

It's my first post so please go easy on me

I've got a hikvision system installed consisting of five 8MP turret cameras - works brilliantly. My only grudge is that i need to be home in front of the screen to view motions. Is there anyway i can view motion alerts via my mobile app ?

Note i am using iVMS-4500 app to view cctv camera's remotely

Apple have just released an update to their Safari browser - V12.0

First reports are coming in that with this version of Safari it is no longer possible to view Live Video from your Hikvision cameras.

The latest version of the Mac plugin currently available is V3.0.6.23 (on that landing page click Downloads at the left side; this version is dated Feb 12th 2018) - this is the latest version of the plugin we can find...

Hello all

I’m really hoping that somebody can help me or ahead some light on my situation.

So I have a DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P 8mm-32mm camera just for ANPR purposes I’ve updated the firmware to that latest one on the UK portal V5.4.7 180309. Since updating to the new firmware I’ve had nothing but problems, at night it only seems to read half of the number plate, it keeps on reading a O as a 0 an when I log in to the camera in IE the side menu is all missed aligned an unable to click on any...

Nvr Hikvision password problem

Hi everyone I have a problem, I installed a Nvr 7608 NI I2 8P with the latest firmware: 4.21.008.
I turned it on and following the guided creation I got to the point of inserting the unlock sign but didn't ask me for the admin password. unfortunately I only set the unlock sign, but then I had a problem, I had to go into an ip camera and asked me for user and password but how do I know what password it is?
how do you set the admin password?
trying to set it asks me for the old password.

Any Mac users happy with iVMS-4200 v2.0.0.10?

I've just been trying it out and it seems to contain plenty of bugs while also ignoring the Mac GUI.

It won't let me resize windows manually by dragging a corner. On my 5K (5120 x 2880) monitor (27in iMac running High Sierra), I am forced to choose an app window of either 1680 x 1050 or full screen with nothing in between. Unless I'm missing something.

I'm also peering myopically at tiny interactive buttons which all look the same (even when I change my screen resolution to 2560 x 1440)...

Any Mac users happy with iVMS-4200 v2.0.0.10?

The disk cannot be started in the Hikvision recorder

Recently, I have a problem that after restarting the recorder the disk cannot start. You hear it spinning and stopping every now and then. The system cannot detect it. It only helps to turn off the power supply plug from the recorder, turning off the switch on the back of the housing does not change anything. Recorder DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P, HDD 2 TB WD20PURZ. What can be the reason for this disk behavior?

WiFi camera not visible into NVR

Hello,

My name is Cristian and I have a problem with adding WiFi cameras into NVR.
I would like to mention from beginning that NVR works well with cameras connected over PoE.
Only the WiFi cameras cannot be connected to NVR.

The setup is described in the attached image .... I consider it important for understanding my network.
All cameras and NVR are connected via static ips allocated from router.
In the setup I have a PoE Switch where the NVR and PoE's camera are connected.

There is a new version of the firmware for the I series NVRs on the EU portal
Verion 4.21.008

There is also a folder called release notes but in true Hikvision style they haven't put any release notes for this version in there.

Hello

Can you recommend a decent 12mm 8mp hikvision camera please? I have a 2.8mm on the front garden but would also like one that just focuses on the front door. Any tips please?

Hi!

I wondered if anyone else had the troublesome issue, where hik-connect will just decide to take itself offline (without network errors), and the best way I can find to quickly fix it, is to enable/disable cycle a few times, and also change the verification code ...seems buggy!

NVR without POE

Hello, I currently run 4x8k HikVision cameras on my QNAP via QVR Pro and it is starting to cripple the NAS box. So I am starting to look at ta dedicated NVR or decent software I can run on a seperate PC.

Any ideas please? I don't need POE in the NVR as I have a 8 port netgear switch already up and running..
