Intercom problem

Prosím, dej mi radu. Mám interkom Hikvision DS-KH8300 s DS-KV8202. Stává se mi, že po vyzváněcím tónu je černá obrazovka fotoaparátu venkovní. Druhým vyzváněcím tónem je vše v pořádku. Víte, kde to něco způsobuje?

Kromě toho někdy, když stisknete tlačítko venkovní jednotky, nehraje venkovní jednotku vyzváněcího tónu.
Posledním problémem je, že někdy, když stisknu odpovědi na LCD, zvuk a obraz zamrznou a chvíli trvá, než mohu načíst video z venkovní jednotky.

DS-7716NI-I4 problem since upgrade to NVR.4.... i think or maybe the change of ISP

Hi

I'm having issues with my DS-7716NI-I4.

My Platform Access/Register Status is showing as Offline and I cant get it to change to Online no matter what I try.
I have spent five hours today going over the settings, I'm missing something silly I think.

to make things worse I'm not sure if it has been a problem since the NVR upgraded to NVR.4 or when I changed ISP to SKY from BT.

Any help appreciated

Hi guys,

I have an issue that I cant figure out how to sort. I've got a WD NAS set up on my home network. I've added a share via NFS and added it to my DVR in addition to my local HDD inside the DVR that's connected via SATA. Its added successfully and initalised successfully.

It has added 1gb mp4 files, to take up the full 4tb worth of storage on the NAS. All of these files are in the format of hivxxxxx.mp4

Now I want it to record to my HDD (which it is doing fine) and to also record or...

Recently we've had a few customers who have experienced some issues with the PoE connectors on the pigtail of their Hikvision device that has caused it to stop receiving power. This can be as a result of a lot of things - faulty weatherproofing leading to corrosion within the connector, damaging it or just plain bad luck.

Hikvision themselves unfortunately do not offer replacement PoE connectors so...

Not sure if anyone has posted about this this previously. This morning I had a message come up on the HIK Connect app telling me there is a new version 4 available for Android. I have not tried it yet but would be interested to know if anyone has.

I bought a new HikVision Camera DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZHS/p 2.8-12mm.

I bought a camera with the intention of raising the safety barrier when will recognize the licence plate. I install and mount everything.

Hi All,

Please can someone help me understand whether my SD card is being utilised for recording in parallel to my NVR? I cannot figure this out, the recording to the NVR is definitely working but having installed a 128GB card to the camera I cannot see any options anywhere to check. Any help or advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks Steve

Noisy Hikvision DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/4S NVR PSU fan?

Hi guys,
Recently I bought a NVR model DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/4S, but it has a terrible noise from PSU, it is always at maximum RPM.
I use only 2 IP port from total of 8, actually is no heavy energy load on PSU. Hikvision customer center has a silent approach for my question.
Never used Hikvision so far, all NVR have this noisy PSU?

Failed video feed

I have a problem playing live images on devices that have been working fine before. Currently I can only view on one desk top computer. Whereas before I could view on two desktop computers and two mobile devices before. I get a message that says "video failed error code 240038. Any thoughts?

If I go straight into the app, Notifications tab, and try to play the video, it fails every time. Hi, I was wondering if someone could help.

I have purchased a Scandisk 64GB micro SD card (following a purchase of a Scandisk 128GB micro SD card) and when inserted into HikVision monitor "Formating Failed" message shown and screen shows TF Card Exception.

Model is DS-KH8340-TCE2

Any way of resolving this?

Hi and thanks for letting me join.
We have currently got a site with a HikVision ANPR camera running on it and the client wants to output the capture plate details to an LED Display panel so that people know their plates are being captured. Does anyone have experience of how to do this and what hardware etc is needed. We do not use HikVision NVR as we have developed our own integration with our Cloud Services Platform

I have recently had CCTV cameras (Hikvision) fitted along with installation of a Video Recorder and Screen. My build is 'V3.4.104, Build 190424' and there is no update available when clicking 'Check Update'. Hik Connect PTZ issue

I have all cameras with PTZ working fine on the NVR 7608 monitor using v3.3.4. When I install Hik Connect v4.0.0 on the iPad and connect to the NVR, the device loads on the iPad but I have no PTZ controls that should be at the bottom of the screen. I am at a loss.

Problems Running iVMS-4200 on MacOS Catalina(10.15)

We have had several customers and forum users reporting problems running iVMS-4200 since updating to MacOS Catalina (10.15), the reports have varied from some saying the software runs ok but does crash unexpectedly to others saying the iVMS software does not work at all.

If you have G1 cameras (2xx3G0/2xx5FWD/2xx5G1) and/or an I-series NVR you can get around the iVMS issues by updating to the latest firmware and logging in to the NVR/cameras with any browser using the 'plug-in free'...

Hello,

Hoping somebody with the same camera an firmware installed can help me out.

Ive got a DS-2CD7A26G0-P-IZS ANPR Camera with firmware V5.6.10 Build 191023 which is the latest available.

Ive noticed that if a car enters that it will capture its plate details, but if it has only been in the area for less the 4 - 5 mins it will not capture the car leaving. but seems to be working fine if a car enters then leaves say 10 mins.

I purchased the subject unit about a month ago. It works fine if I use the webview or iVMS-4200 although with some recording issues that I have yet to figure out. I am having trouble getting notifications from my new ColorVu camera, I already get emails from my older turret for line crossing and from the doorbell when it is activated.
My system is all Hikvision, the NVR is a DS-7604NI-K1/4P(B) with two cameras connected by WiFi, the DS-KB6403-WIP doorbell and DS-2CD2435FWD-IW Cube for keeping an eye on the dog.
