Memory Card error

Hi,


I recently bought 2 new CCTVs from HikVision. I have a problem with both devices. After formatting my memory card I always get the error Status "Exception" for the memory card. This occurs on both cameras and also with two different memory cards. The memory cards are 32GB and the HikVIsion CCTV's are Model
DS-2CV2Q01FD-IW

I couldn't find any others post with this problem. Anyone knows what to do?
