I have three DS-2CD2132F-I that shipped on firmware v5.3.0 build 150513. English language, dated 05/2015.
On the first two I enabled SSL using the embedded software cert (valid until 2018). The cert is for the default address and so I get a mismatch address SSL warning in browser, but it works. I later upgraded these to firmware 5.3.0 build 150814. So far so good.
The third device (which I have the issue with) I went straight from v5.3.0 build 150513 to build 150814 then tried to enabled...
