Where can i get the newest "Web Component" download link?

I have 1 computer in my house which use web component 3.0.7.1 can automatic start all live view camera , the other one at my workplace can't automatic start and i need to press play button (start/stop all live view) to watch it! How can i fix this thing/ i don't really know what cause my workplace computer not automatic start live view like normal. Can some one help me, please?

My 2 PC spec are same:
- Window 10
- Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83
- Using IE Brower to watch
