I've got a DS-2CD2345FFWD-I and everything is fine - connected to to my synology NAS, the HI-Connect app on my phone works fine, all good. But, then I try to add the device to my hik-connect.com account, I get "operation failed. The device is added by other users". Kind of worrying - does this mean somebody else can view my camera images? And how to I get this resolved so I can add my camera to my account. Any ideas?
