DS-2CD2132-I software problem

Hi,
my Dome camera ran fine but i have done a software update via Webserve. Now the camera doesent work any more :-(
I can not say which software version was the old one.
I have updated : the file: DS-2xx2_5.4.0_160530 (digicap.dav) from the hikvison homepage. The update process ran fine. But now i can not find the Web server. (192.168.0.200:8000).
-> SADP Sofware find the device
-> router find the device
-> ip Scanner find the device, with FTP link to device-> i can see folder and files...
