Hikvision sound issues

Hello everyone

I’m trying to get sound to work on my CCTV system.

My setup is as follows

1x NVR 7708NI-I4 running 4.21 build 190423
1x DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS running V5.4.3 build 161207
1x DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZHS running V5.4.3 build 161207
6x 2CD2385FWD-I running 5.5.82 build 181211

now I’ve been playing with this system for a year or two to get sound without luck. I’m now on my second microphone as the other wasn't powered so I thought that might have something to do with it, I wire them both...
