Here is an odd one, out of the blue, it seems I can no long connect to Hik-Connect through IVMS 4200 or IVMS 4500. I get an error that says you don't have permission to login. However, when I login directly to the Hik-Connect website, and the Hik-Connect app, I am able to login and see the IP cameras no problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue before?
