ColorVu Hik-Connect Line Crossing Issue

Hi,

I've recently upgraded an IP Turret to the new Colorvu (DS-2CD2347G1-LU).

I use line crossing on my NVR-104K / 4P(1T), which used to come through as a still image which I could playback if required. Since changing the camera I no longer get the still image, instead I get a bell icon! I can still access playback which works fine, but I miss the still image as it gave me the option of ignoring false alarms.

Any help would be appreciated.
