Can anyone help me. I want to use iVMS-4200 to view my cameras from my HIK DVR. I have downloaded the software, added in my DVR which now shows as "online" in the software yet when I go to the main Camera View, there are no cameras showing? I see nothing. What am I doing wrong?
[By the way, the reason I want to use the iVMS Software is that I want to do x2 and x4 playbacks on my recordings which the HIK-connect phone app doesn't do]
