Zoom Issue

I was replacing some key caps on my keyboard yesterday and I must have inadvertently messed up a setting. Apparently I had one of the 4 cameras selected in my DS-2CD6D54FWD-IZHS while I was doing this and it zoomed out of its normal FOV but when I went to zoom it back the camera will now either zoom all the way in or all the way out, no stopping in between. I use IVMS-4200 and I tested all my other cameras and they incrementally zoom normally.
