Hoping someone can help me my son had some cameras installed all works well and he can log in via phone app HIK-Connect, I’m wondering if I can log in from overseas he’s in Australia and I’m in China so I can view cameras. Is this something he needs to set up to allow me access. I loaded the phone app used his login in dut doesn’t allow me to log in? Comes up with message “ input a correct account or select a correct country/region.
