NVR104 A/P not picking up cameras when plugged into any of the POE ports on NVR

Hi all,

I'm new here. I recently bought the HikVision 4-port POE NVR, along with an IPC-B120 and an IPC-D120. I have set both cameras up and have been able to see the live view from the Hik-Connect app when they are plugged directly into my router or switch (using the separate power supply), but whenever I plug them into the NVR, I notice the camera switches on (as I can see the IR light up), but the NVR just does not seem to find the camera
