Upgrading Hikvision firmware

I recently came across some very helpful information on here regarding upgrading the Hikvision firmware using a USB stick which I think could be plugged directly into the NVR

I have been looking for nearly 30 minutes now and just cannot find it.

Has anyone else used this method and can point me towards the article please.
