hi. had some hip vision cameras installed today with a dvr.
I can log into the iOS app fine using a mobile phone number and a password. Within the app, i can see that there is also a username associated with the account.
at hik-connect.com i can log in with the username (found within the iOS app) and the same password as the iOS app.
I get a screen showing me my cameras are online.
I click on the IP address, and a new window launches which looks like the same logon window at hit-connect.com...
