Hi all, I have some problem with ANPR technology, can you some help me, please? I installed Hikvision cameras DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P and NVR with ANPR for opening gates.
My problem is when ANPR system actived outputs on camera (1A and 1B, NO contact) they is closed all time and they can not opening contact back.. I must reset camera..
