H.264+ doesn't work with iVMS 4200 on a Mac?

I've been setting up the Hikvision dome camera I purchased from you recently and I've enabled H.264+ encoding. Everything so far works absolutely fine in Safari.
I've just tried setting up iVMS 4200 on my Mac and the camera displays a green tint / rectangle over the live view and playback footage....
